As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding business relationships and driving sales growth within your designated region. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, managing ongoing relationships, and representing the company’s portfolio of resorts and services. The role involves analyzing market trends, monitoring competition, and supporting strategic initiatives to maximize sales opportunities. You will actively participate in commercial events, trade shows, and client meetings, providing tailored proposals and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This position offers a dynamic, field-based environment where your proactive approach, communication skills, and negotiation expertise directly impact the company’s growth and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including agencies, operators, corporate clients, and event organizers, to develop new partnerships and sales campaigns
- Conduct maintenance visits and prospecting within your regional area, supporting other regions as needed
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and conditions to ensure product and service acceptance
- Represent all company resorts and properties during sales activities and client interactions
- Execute commercial actions, participate in trade fairs and events, and prepare proposals and budgets for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or events
- Knowledge of the corporate market, travel agencies, operators, and OTAs
- Strong negotiation and client prospecting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office tools
- Own vehicle and availability for travel within the assigned region (Pará, Maranhão, Tocantins)
