FBS Business Solutions Manager

Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)

What You’ll Do:

The Product Analytics and Business Solutions Team supporting the Personal Lines P&C business—including Auto, Home, and Umbrella products.

• Developing and maintaining countrywide reporting for both our client.
• Turning data into insights using diagnostic tools and visualizations to answer “What happened?” and “Why?”
• Co-creating metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and storytelling with business partners
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability through repeatable processes and simplified reporting environments
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor movements
• Advancing analytical capabilities and data models to support problem solving and performance measurement

·       Partnering with cross-functional managers to align on capability priorities and advance analytics maturity.

·       Enhancing and automating current-state reporting and analytics solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

·       Driving early detection of trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.

·       Defining future-state monitoring frameworks—pre- and post-launch—for strategic initiatives and new product rollouts.

·       Transforming data into actionable insights that bridge analytics and decision-making, with a focus on enabling business outcomes.

·       Presenting findings to stakeholders and guiding the adoption of best practices for analytics delivery and information consumption.

Experience:

·       3 years of experience.

Skills:

·       Proficiency in English (Interview in English)

·       Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Math/Finance/Data Science degree.

·       Experience in Insurance Industry;

·       Management Reporting – Advanced

·       Predictive Analytics – Advanced

·       Prescriptive Analytics - Advanced

·       Power BI - Advanced

·       SQL – Advanced
