FBS - Sr Actuarial Analyst

About the Role

As an Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and risk management of our insurance products. You’ll be responsible for analyzing rates and rating plans, preparing regulatory filings, and supporting the development of loss reserves. This is a high-impact position where your insights will directly influence pricing decisions and business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to special actuarial projects, and help mentor junior talent. We’re looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong communication skills, and who thrives in a setting where curiosity and continuous learning are valued.

• 1–3 years of experience as an Actuarial Assistant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Completion of at least five exams from the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAS, and Microsoft Office Suite (1–3 years of experience).
• Fluent in English.
