This role combines high-level design expertise with hands-on frontend development, responsible for creating and implementing exceptional user interfaces from concept to production. The Frontend UI/UX Designer will work autonomously, translating strategic references into scalable, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with product teams while ensuring every interface adheres to accessibility, consistency, and cross-browser standards. This position allows for creative independence while demanding technical precision, providing an opportunity to shape the user experience of innovative consumer products. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility and exposure to cutting-edge design and frontend technologies in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design and implement user interfaces using Figma and AI-based design tools from high-level references
- Develop production-ready frontend code using Next.js 14+, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS with attention to detail and minimal QA oversight
- Create scalable, component-based UI systems while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Translate strategic requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain design autonomy while aligning with business objectives
- Maintain design systems and ensure interfaces follow structured, reusable component architecture
- Identify and solve design and technical challenges independently, delivering high-quality results
Requirements:
- Designer-to-developer background with advanced Figma expertise
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with frontend development using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Proficiency with AI design tools for rapid interface creation (e.g., hero.ui.chat, v0.dev, same.new)
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, component-based architectures
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to deployment
- Understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with product teams and stakeholders
- Experience with D2C product development or performance marketing is a plus
