In this role, you will lead complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality execution. You will serve as the primary interface between clients and technical teams, managing schedules, risks, budgets, and resources. Your proactive approach will help anticipate challenges, optimize project workflows, and ensure that objectives are met efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud and DevOps technologies, supporting both national and international clients in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will collaborate across teams to drive results, document progress, and continuously improve processes, contributing directly to the success of both projects and clients.
Accountabilities
- Manage technology projects of varying complexity, including cloud infrastructure implementation and server migration for medium and large clients
- Plan project execution, define schedules, and ensure adherence to scope and progress of activities
- Monitor project deviations, define corrective action plans, and assign responsibilities across teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to both internal teams and clients
- Oversee project budgets, contracts, and billing
- Conduct kick-off and periodic project meetings with clients and technical teams
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of project artifacts
- Act as a problem-solving reference, promoting lessons learned and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in technology or cloud services
- Knowledge of PMBOK best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint) and managing project documentation
- Preferred: AWS infrastructure knowledge or AWS CCP certification
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project
