This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate critical IT programs and projects, focusing on IT service management (ITSM) initiatives. You will oversee project planning, risk management, and scope control while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions using industry best practices and ServiceNow expertise. The position combines hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, fostering collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. Accountabilities
- Lead and manage IT programs and projects with a focus on ITSM initiatives using the ServiceNow platform
- Plan, estimate, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Identify and mitigate risks, managing project scope while aligning with PMBOK standards and business objectives
- Coordinate and guide technical teams, facilitating collaboration and clear communication across all stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to best practices in workflow automation, scripting, and platform configuration
- Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to track project performance and progress
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical plans
Requirements
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow platform functionality
- Proven experience in program and project management, including planning, estimation, risk, and scope management
- Familiarity with PMBOK® methodology and application in IT projects
- Technical proficiency with APIs (Scripted REST API), scripting in ServiceNow (Script Include, Client Script, Business Rules)
- Hands-on experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and other ServiceNow automation tools
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ACLs, UI Policies, tables, and views
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
