The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple digital acquisition and retention channels.
You’ll develop, test, and scale campaigns designed around local behaviors, cultural nuances, and market needs.
Working closely with international teams, you’ll turn regional insights into actionable campaigns and scalable best practices.
Data will guide your decisions as you optimize the customer journey across acquisition, activation, and retention.

Accountabilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, including local education structures, examination systems, licensing standards, and the distinct needs of students and physicians.
- Adapt global marketing strategies, positioning, value propositions, and messaging to Brazilian cultural and linguistic contexts.
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and organic social media.
- Leverage regionally relevant channels and platforms, including Meta and WhatsApp, to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize initiatives across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
- Use available data and market insights to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and make informed marketing decisions.
- Own projects end to end, coordinating timelines, priorities, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and translate local market insights into scalable marketing practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaigns, processes, and overall market performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in the Brazilian market.
- Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including CRM, paid social, SEM, SEO, and social media.
- Hands-on familiarity with region-specific digital channels such as Meta and WhatsApp.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, including positioning, value propositions, audience messaging, and localization.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make effective decisions and develop impactful initiatives even when working with limited data.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams and functions.
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High ownership, accountability, adaptability, reliability, and a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying improvements.
- Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to the Brazilian market.
