As Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology company, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high-quality delivery across all processes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, implement and optimize workflows, and establish performance metrics to drive operational excellence. Collaborating closely with strategy, product, technology, and commercial areas, you will ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution. Your role will be instrumental in mapping bottlenecks, introducing automation, and scaling processes for national and international growth. This position demands a hands-on, analytical leader capable of navigating a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Remote work flexibility will enable you to connect with teams across locations while maintaining operational cohesion.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the operational team, ensuring consistent performance and delivery of daily objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response rates, conversion metrics, and SLA compliance
- Oversee the proper use of CRM and automation tools to optimize operational workflows
- Develop, refine, and implement processes that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Collaborate with strategy, product, technology, legal, and commercial teams to align operations with company goals
- Manage team leaders, fostering development, accountability, and a culture of high performance
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or technological solutions to support growth
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in SaaS, LegalTech, MarTech, or technology-driven companies
- Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing team leaders
- Strong analytical skills with a process- and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environments
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders
