This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head de Performance e Operações based in Brazil.


This is a senior leadership role responsible for scaling and structuring a fast-growing digital marketing operation focused on the U.S. market. You will oversee performance, operations, and team execution, ensuring marketing delivery is predictable, efficient, and results-driven.
The position goes beyond campaign management, requiring strong operational leadership to align people, processes, and performance indicators.
You will be responsible for turning a high-performance marketing team into a structured, scalable, and data-driven operation.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will guide strategic decisions, improve workflows, and ensure client success across multiple accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in performance marketing with strong leadership and operational discipline.
You will directly influence the agency’s growth by increasing efficiency, consistency, and overall profitability.


Accountabilities:



  • Lead the performance and operations structure of the agency, overseeing teams, clients, and delivery outcomes.

  • Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams including media buyers, designers, copywriters, social media, and account managers.

  • Implement management rituals such as meetings, one-on-ones, feedback cycles, and performance follow-ups.

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and profitability.

  • Review and guide paid media strategies, ensuring technical excellence and data-driven decision-making.

  • Optimize operational processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity across all delivery areas.

  • Participate in strategic client meetings, especially in high-stakes or performance-critical situations.

  • Reduce operational dependency on founders by structuring autonomous and scalable processes.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.

  • Proven experience working in agencies or multi-client marketing environments.

  • Prior leadership experience managing marketing, performance, or operational teams.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, tracking, pixels, and conversion systems.

  • Experience managing performance through KPIs, dashboards, SLAs, and structured reporting.

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to give feedback, manage performance, and develop team members.

  • High level of autonomy and decision-making capability in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with operational and strategic thinking.
