Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing men’s fashion and lifestyle brand, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong focus on TikTok. In this role, you’ll lead influencer marketing initiatives, particularly on TikTok, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic creator partnerships and viral content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the TikTok influencer strategy, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign execution
• Build and manage a diverse network of macro, micro, and nano influencers in fashion, lifestyle, and grooming
• Craft compelling creator briefs that align with campaign goals and TikTok best practices
• Analyze campaign performance (views, engagement, ROI) and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to repurpose influencer content for ads and organic use
• Stay ahead of trends in TikTok, creator communities, hashtags, and viral formats
• Maintain organized records of influencer data, contracts, payments, and deliverables

• 3–5 years of influencer marketing experience, with a strong portfolio of successful TikTok campaigns.

• Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creator landscape.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing influencer contracts and budgets.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with influencer management platforms like Grin, CreatorIQ, or Aspire is a plus.
• Bonus: Passion for men’s fashion or lifestyle content.
