About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to lead and support technology initiatives focused on AI, SaaS products, and process optimization. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams, managing projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and has hands-on experience managing modern software projects in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and SaaS-related projects using Agile methodologies


• Support initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions


• Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables


• Work closely with engineering, product, data, and business teams


• Utilize tools such as Linear for project tracking and workflow management


• Monitor project performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders


• Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency through technology


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in IT Project Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles


• Experience working with SaaS products and technology-driven environments


• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies


• Familiarity with AI-related projects, automation initiatives, or emerging AI technologies


• Experience using project management tools such as Linear and/or Jira


• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)


• Fluent Portuguese communication skills


• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, GenAI, automation, or data/analytics projects


• Previous experience in product or software development environments


• Knowledge of dashboards, analytics, or business intelligence tools is a plus


• Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications are considered a plus
