I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brasil for a Squad Leader position to work on one of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of software developers and ensure that they are working collaboratively towards common goals

- Ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget and desired requirements

- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the team's ability to deliver on time and within budget

- Create a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement

- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication within the team and with other stakeholders

- Ensure that the team is following best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, security and continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements For This Challenge:

- Experience as a Scrum Squad Leader or Scrum Master

- Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
