At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (Node/React) to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer, you will employ your technical expertise in Node.js and React to design and develop web applications that enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality digital solutions tailored to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to define project requirements and technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through automated testing and continuous integration.
Must-have skills
- Experience in developing high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
- Ability to work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project success.
- Proven experience in identifying and addressing technical challenges, with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice-to have skills
- Experience with GraphQL
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
