At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Specialist (Salesforce) to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment driven by Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.
Position Overview:
As a Senior DevOps Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing automated deployment processes within Salesforce environments. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will ensure seamless integration and deployment processes, support release managers and developers, and contribute to training initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to CI&T's mission of transforming digital landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing automated deployment processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement technical platform requirements.
- Provide training and support to development teams, enhancing their capabilities.
- Support release managers and assist developers to streamline the release processes.
- Develop strategies for error resolution and continuous deployment enhancements.
Must-have Skills
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data and metadata.
- Experience working with SFDX, Gearset, Flosum, or Copado.
- Familiarity with code quality tools such as Salesforce Code Analyzer, Salesforce Graph Engine, PMD, and ESLint.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Archive and Backup tools like OwnData.
