Responsibilities:
Develop and implement chatbots that meet our client's needs.
Collaborate with the team.
Integrate chatbots with APIs and internal systems.
Conduct performance and quality testing of chatbots, making adjustments as necessary.
Participate in planning and project review meetings, contributing to the company's chatbot development strategy.
Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers on the team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# (.Net), Node, Typescript.
Knowledge of chatbot platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or similar.
Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of non-relational databases such as AWS DynamoDB, Azure CosmosDB.
Experience in integrating chatbots with artificial intelligence and machine learning services.
Skills in working with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant previous experiences will be a plus.
Desired:
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS cloud.
Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning tools and technologies.
Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, frameworks like React or Angular).
Knowledge of conversational effects and dialog flow design.
Language:
Advanced English is mandatory.
Spanish is desirable.
