Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in our experimentation practices. Your role is to define, validate, and execute the methodologies behind A/B tests to ensure results are statistically sound and actionable. You will be responsible for writing clear queries, validating experimental integrity, and interpreting results with rigor. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and behavioral science partners — and drive the trustworthy, scalable analysis that powers learning and product innovation.
Requirements for this challenge:
Experience as a Data Analyst
Knowledge on Mix panel/ Amplitude tools
Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and visualization
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and event-based data models
Clear, structured communicator who can convey complexity simply - in English and Portuguese
Passion for empowering teams to learn fast through trustworthy experimentation
Previous collaboration with PMs and behavioral data scientists
Advanced/Fluent English skills
