We are seeking a technically strong and self-driven Lead Developer / System Architect to join a dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in understanding our complex application landscape, contributing hands-on to development tasks, and leading a high-performing team towards achieving long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of critical applications, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Engage in hands-on coding and provide technical leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.
Quickly grasp the existing application architecture and propose improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Solve complex problems with creativity and strategic thinking, maintaining a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Demonstrate expertise in managing and scaling large-scale applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software development and system architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Experience leading technical teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
