Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural governance rituals for products (PDCA, risk management, solution review).
- Manage the software architects' team, ensuring consistency in their actions.
- Promote continuous improvement of architectural practices in accordance with technical maturity criteria.
- Support the architects' team in defining and monitoring Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
- Understand the Value Stream roadmap and anticipate the need for creating technical enablers.
- Communicate and align technical solutions with the client's team.
- Create and maintain a technical relationship with the client's technical team to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are being met.
- Govern continuous delivery and continuous integration to deliver software incrementally and agilely.
- Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor for the client and the internal team in the implementation of technologies and processes.
- Bring innovative solutions to technical problems and ensure a stable and productive development environment.
- Manage technical risks and communicate them to the management team.
Requirements for this Challenge:
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including .NET Core, React, and React Native.
- Solid experience in architectural design for distributed systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum).
- Experience with databases such as CosmosDB and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of test automation and good software testing practices.
- Ability to conduct software architecture reviews.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure.
- English for conversation with key members of the global team.
- Autonomy and productivity.
