At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level SRE/Observability Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level SRE/Observability Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the monitoring and reliability of systems at a large multinational company in the food and beverage sector. Embrace the challenges of working in high-scale operations while integrating your software development background to enhance system performance and incident prevention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Practical experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic, DataDog, Dynatrace).
Background in software development with an understanding of architecture and system integration.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java and/or Golang.
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and DevOps culture.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or similar containerization technologies.
Knowledge of process automation and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
