Join our team in a pivotal role that combines technical expertise with business acumen. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will engage directly with the client and with business partners, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting projects across all business units. Your mission is to foster strong business relationships and facilitate implementation efforts that enhance our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs.
- Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
- Support the development and enhancement of digital products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring on relevant products and support the overall project management process.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in English to engage both with the client and business stakeholders.
- Technical background, with the ability to understand and convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A consultative and proactive mindset with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
- Experience working in digital consulting environments is a plus.
- Comfort using or willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity across teams.
Stand-out requirements:
You will be one step ahead if you have:
- Experience with projects involving web development and content management systems (CMS), including headless systems.
- Experience working in an environment with multiple teams building the same product.
