As a Mid-level Data Developer, you will play a vital role in the design and implementation of data processing solutions, utilizing tools like Databricks, Python, and Azure. Engaging with cross-functional teams, your efforts will help shape data-driven decision-making processes that directly impact our clients and their success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy data processing applications using Databricks and Python.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and provide technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Optimize data pipelines and workflows using frameworks like Numpy, Pandas, and Pyspark.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Contribute to a culture of learning by mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
Proficiency in Databricks and Python.
Strong understanding of Numpy and Pandas for data manipulation.
Experience with Pyspark and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
High intermediate proficiency in English.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with Segment and Monday tools.
