At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid Level Release Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid Level Release Developer, you will work closely with the Release Management team to make features and releases visible as they move through the development pipeline. You will assist with the creation of Release Plans, ensure accurate release information, and help deliver high-quality releases. You will manage source code in our shared release branches and create release builds, coordinating activities on launch day to ensure a seamless update experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Release Managers to create and maintain Release Plans.
Manage and maintain source code in shared release branches.
Create and deploy release builds for various applications.
Ensure accurate release information is communicated to stakeholders.
Coordinate launch day activities for a smooth update experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
Background in software development or related field.
Experience working in an agile/devops environment with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Familiarity with work tracking and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with CI/CD systems, including source control (git), build systems (Jenkins), and software delivery systems (mobile app stores, etc.).
Nice-to-have Skills:
Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
