At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer - Mid Level to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Java Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable B2B system for a renowned international client with globally-reaching products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations, all while embracing CI&T's core values of Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation, driven by the power of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve functionalities of the client's product.
- Monitor integrations by observing logs and API responses.
- Conduct functional tests (E2E), investigating and resolving issues.
- Assist the team and client in elevating process maturity.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, Docker, and DevOps.
- Experience with NoSQL or document-based databases.
- Knowledge of automated testing.
- Familiarity with messaging systems.
