We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / SDET to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation, and quality assurance processes, along with a deep understanding of development practices and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
Quality Assurance: Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for various applications and platforms.
Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to understand features and functionalities, contributing to quality from early stages of the development lifecycle.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system stability under high demand.
Defect Management: Identify, report, and track software defects, working with developers to facilitate timely resolution.
Test Strategy Development: Collaborate in the development of testing strategies and best practices to optimize the QA process.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze test results, identify trends, and suggest improvements for continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Advanced/Fluent English.
