Junior Legal Counsel (Portuguese)

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal agreements including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

• Monitor international regulatory developments, particularly in Latin America.

• Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes for specialized business operations.

• Contribute to scalable legal infrastructure such as templates, workflows, and support for logistics, staffing, and compliance.

• Maintain records of policies and ensure compliance with global and local standards.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1).

• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

• Licensed to practice law in Brazil with valid registration.

• Strong initiative, goal-oriented, and committed to high standards.

• Comfortable in technology-driven environments.

• Capable of managing legal tasks in international and multicultural settings.
