Position Overview
As our operations in Brazil grow, we are expanding our technical team and looking for an organized and proactive professional to join the team responsible for Aurassure's installation and maintenance operations in the country. More than just responding to demands, we expect someone who helps anticipate problems, contributes to end-to-end solutions, and supports raising the quality standard of our field device network.

This is a strategic position within a growing team, with direct contact with our international team, in a 100% home office arrangement and with occasional field travel when necessary. A unique opportunity to grow technically in a dynamic, high-impact environment, with autonomy and flexibility.
Responsiblities 

• Installation and Commissioning: Work on the I&C process of Aurassure's devices, together with the technical team. Support the coordination of local partners, ensuring configuration, functionality, and full adherence to the company's standards and protocols.


• Proactive maintenance and support: Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance routines, diagnostics, calibration, and repair of devices — on-site or remotely — helping to anticipate failures and minimize downtime. Guide local partners and contribute to resolving issues quickly.


• Inventory management: Maintain rigorous and up-to-date records of all items, components, SKUs, spare parts, and returned/repackaged parts on the company's platform. Support the refurbishment and reassembly of functional equipment, giving it new life for reuse and optimizing operational resources.


• Logistics: Coordinate national logistics and support international logistics — equipment imports, transport to headquarters and to the various sites, and support for field services.


• Documentation and quality: Maintain accurate records (prepare maintenance documents, service reports, client communications) and perform quality assurance checks on installed equipment, ensuring adherence to Aurassure's specifications.

Requirements

  Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (also a plus: Mechatronics, Control & Automation).

  0 to 3 years of experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Intermediate/advanced English — daily written and spoken communication with the international team.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive, organized, problem-solving profile, with the autonomy to take technical ownership of operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Availability for occasional travel.

  
  


• 
  

  A plus: familiarity with electronics, sensors, connectivity/networks, and field instrumentation.
