Pavago is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support a business acquisition outreach strategy. This role focuses on managing, analyzing, and enriching data while utilizing cold email outreach to generate interest from business owners looking to sell. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in data handling, cold email automation, and CRM management, with hands-on expertise in Smartlead, Invin, and Seamless for data enrichment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify potential business owners for outreach.
Cold Email Outreach: Build, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate interest in business acquisition opportunities.
CRM & Outreach Tracking: Maintain and track responses, engagement, and conversions through Smartlead and CRM tools.
Data Enrichment: Utilize Invin and Seamless to enhance prospect information, ensuring high-quality targeting.
Automation & Optimization: Implement A/B testing for email copy, track key performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies.

Cold Email Expertise: Strong experience in email deliverability, inbox management, and automation tools.
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to extract, analyze, and manage large datasets for outreach targeting.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day will involve managing data lists, launching cold email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach efforts. You will work with Smartlead for automation, Invin for data sourcing, and Seamless for enrichment, ensuring high-quality lead generation and engagement.
