This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist based in Brazil.


This is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about learning, talent development, and social impact. In this role, you will help shape training initiatives that empower volunteers and strengthen organizational capabilities within a mission-driven environment. You will design and implement learning programs, identify development needs, and contribute to building scalable training processes that support long-term growth. Working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders, you will play a key role in fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences while contributing to an organization dedicated to expanding access to education and opportunity.


Accountabilities:



  • Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, guides, and learning resources across different functional areas.

  • Assess organizational learning needs and identify opportunities to strengthen volunteer capabilities and overall effectiveness.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing volunteers.

  • Partner with operational leaders to create specialized training initiatives tailored to team-specific requirements.

  • Implement learning methodologies and frameworks to measure training effectiveness and track outcomes.

  • Prepare reports and share insights and recommendations with leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Support the planning and execution of long-term learning and development strategies.


Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields.

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs and learning initiatives.

  • Knowledge of virtual learning methodologies and digital training approaches.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee initiatives from needs assessment through implementation.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results in collaborative environments.

  • Commitment to social impact initiatives and mission-driven work is highly valued.
