In this role, you will help shape training initiatives that empower volunteers and strengthen organizational capabilities within a mission-driven environment. You will design and implement learning programs, identify development needs, and contribute to building scalable training processes that support long-term growth. Working collaboratively with cross-functional leaders, you will play a key role in fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, guides, and learning resources across different functional areas.
- Assess organizational learning needs and identify opportunities to strengthen volunteer capabilities and overall effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new and existing volunteers.
- Partner with operational leaders to create specialized training initiatives tailored to team-specific requirements.
- Implement learning methodologies and frameworks to measure training effectiveness and track outcomes.
- Prepare reports and share insights and recommendations with leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Support the planning and execution of long-term learning and development strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs and learning initiatives.
- Knowledge of virtual learning methodologies and digital training approaches.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee initiatives from needs assessment through implementation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results in collaborative environments.
- Commitment to social impact initiatives and mission-driven work is highly valued.
