About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled LiveKit developer to help on complete a AI voice solution. Most of the core infrastructure is already built — you’ll be jumping in to finish it with the support of a clear, detailed spec and guidance from the team. This is a fast-paced, focused project ideal for a contractor who can move quickly and build with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and finalize real-time audio functionality using LiveKit
• Integrate with our AI voice system
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude and/or Cursor to accelerate development
• Collaborate directly with the founder (or technical lead) to complete deliverables within 1–2 weeks

Requirements

• Strong experience with LiveKit
• Proven ability to ship high-quality code quickly
• Comfortable using AI-assisted dev tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Independent contractor mindset — you can own a spec and execute with minimal hand-holding
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI voice pipelines or real-time communication systems

Nice to Have

• Some experience with Ruby on Rails and Postgres
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing for frontend applications
• Experience working in Agile development environments
