This role is ideal for a marketing-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leveraging automation systems to drive campaign performance. The Marketing Automations Specialist will design, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time. You will work closely with business and growth teams to translate initiatives into structured funnels, segment audiences effectively, and optimize campaign execution using CRM and automation tools. The position demands attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to campaign management. By managing and improving marketing automation processes, you will directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.
Accountabilities:
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to live execution
- Segment audiences based on lead quality, source, and engagement to deliver tailored messaging
- Build and manage automated campaigns using platforms like GoHighLevel, including emails, SMS sequences, tagging, triggers, and conditional logic
- Monitor live campaigns for accuracy, timing, and deliverability, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Document repeatable campaign structures and contribute to process improvements as the marketing operation scales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals align with business objectives
- Hands-on experience designing, launching, and managing marketing campaigns using a CRM or automation platform (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead stages, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with tags, triggers, and conditional logic for routing leads and messages
- Practical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve campaign issues quickly
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to flag issues early and maintain composure under pressure
- Interest in growth and learning new tools to improve campaign performance and processes
