Medical Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Executive Assistant with an active RN or MD credential to support our executive and clinical teams across multiple facilities. This role requires strong administrative, clinical, and coordination skills, along with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate patient scheduling.
• Perform insurance verification to ensure accurate coverage prior to services.
• Oversee fax and email communications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Track and maintain daily census reporting.
• Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation within the EMR systems.
• Work directly with the CEO and CFO on reports, scheduling, and operational priorities.

• Valid RN (Registered Nurse) or MD (Medical doctor) license required.
• At least 1 year of experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and EMR systems in an USA medical setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Please note that this is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7 - $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
