Medical Scheduler - Dental Practice

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused Medical Scheduler to join our client's dental practice. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments, including handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and remind patients of upcoming visits.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize provider schedules and avoid conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions.
• Follow HIPAA and practice confidentiality guidelines at all times.

• Experience scheduling patient appointments in a dental practice is a must.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5 PM PST.
