Mid Full-stack Engineer (Node/React) - LATAM

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Full-stack Engineer (React/Node) to join our growing engineering team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.

About Working at Space Inch

• Our team (70+ people) is primarily based in Croatia, with members in South America, Serbia, and the US. While focus is on working remotely, we do have an office in Zagreb for those who prefer a hybrid approach and are located nearby.
• Occasional travel may be required, including annual company retreats in Croatia.

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Full-stack developer 
• Strong experience working with Node.js, Typescript & React.js

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Redux or MobX
• Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js or NestJS, experience with gRPC
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Candidates must be located within the LATAM region

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust and scalable full-stack web applications using React and Node.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
