Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator / Techno-Functional Consultant to own, manage, and optimize our ERP system. This role blends strong financial systems knowledge with hands-on technical expertise, focusing on automation, integration management, and continuous system improvement.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands core financial processes, and can translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions that support operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite, managing users, roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
  
  
• Maintain data integrity and ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, validation, and periodic audits.
  
  
• Build and optimize dashboards, saved searches, and SuiteAnalytics reports to support Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams.
  
  

Financial & Operational Support

• Partner with Finance to streamline and automate key accounting workflows, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes.
  
  
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting within NetSuite.
  
  
• Ensure accurate data flow between NetSuite and key platforms such as Shopify, 3PLs, and banking systems.
  
  

Celigo Integration Management

• Administer and optimize Celigo integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (eCommerce, fulfillment, CRM, etc.).
  
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, implement automation to improve efficiency, and maintain clean data syncs.
  
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope, implement, and enhance integration workflows that drive performance.
  
  

Customization & Development

• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x scripts (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce).
  
  
• Create custom records, forms, and SuiteFlow automations to support evolving business requirements.
  
  
• Design and optimize Advanced PDF templates, Suitelets, and other UI customizations as needed.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and eCommerce teams to identify process gaps and develop scalable technical solutions.
  
  
• Deliver training and documentation to support end users and promote adoption of new features and enhancements.
  
  
• Coordinate with external consultants or developers for complex customizations or technical projects.

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, development, or techno-functional consulting.
  
  
• Strong understanding of financial modules including GL, AP/AR, ARM, FAM, SuiteBilling, and Reporting.
  
  
• Proven experience managing and troubleshooting Celigo integrations (Celigo certification preferred).
  
  
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST).
  
  
• Experience with Shopify, 3PL systems, or other eCommerce integrations is highly desirable.
  
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions.

Bonus Points For

• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
  
  
• Experience with advanced NetSuite modules such as WMS, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
  
  

Familiarity with StrongPoint, RF-Smart, or other automation and compliance tools.
