We’re looking for a NetSuite-trained Bookkeeping Associate to support our client with day-to-day clerical and accounting tasks inside NetSuite. If you have hands-on experience entering transactions, reconciling data, and keeping financial records accurate and up to date, this role is for you.

This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter invoices into NetSuite
• Enter cash sales and ensure accurate recording of daily transactions
• Match bank data to support monthly bank reconciliation
• Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with maintaining organized financial records inside NetSuite
• Coordinate with internal teams when clarifying transaction details
• Support other basic accounting and clerical tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience using NetSuite for bookkeeping or clerical accounting tasks
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts
• Comfortable with light Excel/Google Sheets use for simple checks or data cleanup
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Proven experience using NetSuite for bookkeeping or clerical accounting tasks
