About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Off-line Media Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our media campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and flawless contract management in a high-stakes environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: submit contracts to legal, track active agreements, monitor expiration dates, and maintain organized documentation systems
- Handle billing operations: follow up with media vendors, process invoices, and coordinate payment submissions with our finance team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while resolving day-to-day operational challenges
- Create, update, and manage comprehensive media planning spreadsheets and databases
- Support Out-of-Home (OOH) media planning and location selection processes
- Assist in managing lead generation events focused on our customer segment
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all processes to prevent additional costs and delays

- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with external vendors
- Practical mindset with appreciation for routine and process-driven work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges
- Experience with contract management or financial operations is highly valued
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management and data organization
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
