Operations Assistant

Company Overview:
Our client is looking for an Operations Assistant based in Brazil to support our Christmas light installation business during the peak season. This role requires strong organizational skills and fluency in both English and Portuguese to coordinate effectively with our mostly Brazilian installation crews. You'll work closely with the sales, customer support, and field teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the weekly installation schedule
• Serve as the primary liaison between the internal team and field crews
• Optimize routes to minimize crew travel time
• Track inventory levels and assist in managing stock with the operations manager
• Ensure alignment across teams via CRM and internal systems
• Support operational logistics and communications throughout the season
  

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
• Prior experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations coordination preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets, CRMs, and basic productivity tools
• Located in Brazil with reliable internet and availability during EST business hours
• Training will be provided, and you’ll be working with specialized software for scheduling, route optimization, and internal coordination.
  

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $900-$1200/month
