This role is designed for an experienced SAP MM professional who wants to contribute to strategic transformation projects and business process improvements.
You will act as a key bridge between business areas, technology teams, and executive stakeholders, helping organizations optimize procurement, contracts, and logistics operations.
The position requires strong functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, combined with excellent consulting and communication skills.
You will participate in requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:
The Senior SAP MM Consultant will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into effective SAP solutions, and supporting transformation initiatives. The role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to improve processes through technology.
- Gather and define functional requirements together with business teams and key stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for implementation and technical teams.
- Act as the main interface between business areas and IT teams throughout project activities.
- Facilitate operational and executive discussions, ensuring alignment between different stakeholders.
- Analyze procurement, contract management, and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support SAP MM implementation and transformation projects across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization, governance improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Build strong consultative relationships with clients, providing functional expertise and business value.
- Support additional activities related to SAP MM consulting and project delivery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior SAP MM professional with strong functional knowledge, consulting experience, and the ability to operate effectively in complex business environments.
- Solid professional experience with SAP MM.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience participating in SAP implementation, migration, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and conducting business workshops.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
- Knowledge of procurement, contracts, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Experience with process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and recommend effective SAP-based solutions.
