Accountabilities:
As a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Front-End Plena, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver valuable solutions. You will contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and the continuous improvement of development practices.
- Develop web and mobile applications using modern front-end technologies, focusing on maintainability, reusable components, and excellent user experiences.
- Review code developed by team members, providing constructive feedback and helping maintain engineering standards.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the specification and planning of new features.
- Ensure software quality through the implementation of unit tests and integration tests.
- Apply best practices in front-end development to create scalable and reliable solutions.
- Use AI-powered development tools such as coding assistants to accelerate implementation, troubleshoot issues, and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in product evolution by contributing ideas, technical improvements, and innovative approaches.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a front-end developer with solid experience building modern applications, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Professional experience with React.
- Strong knowledge of React Hooks and Custom Hooks.
- Experience with JavaScript, including asynchronous programming and API consumption.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and maintainable code principles.
- Ability to take ownership of challenges and proactively find technical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to participate in product discussions.
- Curiosity and interest in artificial intelligence, including daily usage, experimentation, and personal projects.
- Experience with Flutter is a plus.
- Knowledge of TypeScript, Material UI, and global state management solutions is desirable.
- Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions is an advantage.
