As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing large-scale digital products. You will design end-to-end user experiences that balance business objectives, user behavior, and data-driven insights. The role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams. Your work will focus on enhancing conversion, retention, self-service, and scalability, while translating complex problems into clear, efficient, and desirable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic product decisions, contribute to design systems, and validate solutions through user research and experimentation. You will operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, driving impact through both creativity and analytical thinking.
Accountabilities:
- Lead discovery and research initiatives, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform design decisions
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys with a focus on conversion, efficiency, and retention
- Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency and quality across products
- Prototype and validate solutions quickly through user testing and A/B experiments
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business teams to align on solutions and priorities
- Translate business requirements and data insights into intuitive UX/UI designs
- Support strategic product decisions with analytical insights and results-oriented thinking
- Communicate design concepts, hypotheses, and solutions clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Solid experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX Designer in digital products
- Experience with large-scale products, e-commerce, D2C, fintech, SaaS, or digital services
- Strong background in UX research, discovery, validation, and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with data-driven design and product metrics
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience creating and evolving Design Systems
- Ability to balance business rules, usability, and visual aesthetics
- Knowledge of A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative work style
- Strategic product mindset combined with strong attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or fintech products
- Familiarity with gamification, self-service, and user retention strategies
- Exposure to AI-driven products or predictive models
- Knowledge of advanced product and growth metrics
