We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of the e-commerce experience within a dynamic and fast-paced retail ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing product offerings, optimizing the customer journey, and increasing commercial competitiveness. You will own the product vision, lead discovery and solution design, and work closely with multidisciplinary squads to deliver impactful digital experiences. Using a data-driven approach, you will define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure that strategic product decisions translate into measurable business results. Your influence will shape both the product roadmap and the broader commercial strategy, helping to create seamless and personalized online shopping experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy for e-commerce offerings, aligning short- and long-term roadmaps with business goals.
- Lead continuous discovery and complex problem-solving, negotiating priorities with squads and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by defining success metrics, monitoring results, and leveraging insights to guide product prioritization.
- Communicate product vision and influence strategic decisions across teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovations in e-commerce to identify new opportunities and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including Product Designers, Developers, and Squad Leaders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Solid experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency in Discovery methods, including hypothesis validation, benchmarking, and brainstorming techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions, prioritizations, and measure outcomes.
- Excellent prioritization and negotiation abilities, balancing scope, speed, and quality to deliver effective solutions.
- Deep business and user focus, understanding customer journeys, pain points, and needs to inform product opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across teams.
- Experience working in agile frameworks and multidisciplinary squads.
