Accountabilities:

- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear objectives and value-driven deliveries.
- Translate business goals and user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements.
- Act as the main connection point between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
- Build and communicate product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including refinements, planning sessions, reviews, and team alignment activities.
- Define and monitor product metrics related to adoption, performance, and delivered value.
- Manage dependencies between squads and different business areas, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Use operational data, reports, and product indicators to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has solid experience in product management within agile environments, combining strategic thinking, communication skills, and strong execution capabilities. This professional should be comfortable managing complex products, multiple stakeholders, and data-driven decisions.
- Proven senior-level experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Experience prioritizing backlogs based on business value and data insights.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics and performance indicators.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.
