Accountabilities:
The Data Trainer will support AI training initiatives by reviewing visual data, validating information, and producing accurate responses according to established project standards.
- Review pre-defined questions paired with images and determine accurate answers based only on the visual information provided.
- Analyze image content carefully to identify relevant details and extract the required information.
- Provide clear and consistent “golden” answers to support AI model training and evaluation.
- Identify and flag unclear, corrupted, or incomplete images that cannot be accurately reviewed.
- Maintain quality and consistency across assigned batches of tasks.
- Follow detailed project instructions, guidelines, and evaluation criteria provided by the project team.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the validation process.
- Contribute to improving AI systems through reliable human-generated data.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong language skills, the ability to follow structured instructions, and an interest in AI-related projects.
- Native or highly proficient Portuguese language skills.
- Fluent English proficiency, especially for reading and written communication.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to interpret visual information and provide precise written responses.
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions consistently and independently.
- Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
- Previous experience with data annotation, data labeling, quality review, or similar tasks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
