In your day-to-day, you will

• Run the day-to-day of the Medical Digital Assistant (MDA) workstream: scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining the project timeline


• Track and highlight risks, and prepare the weekly status update


• Maintain trackers and backlog items in Azure DevOps and Smartsheet


• Help translate business stakeholder asks into clear requirements, looping in the right system owner when needed

Skills you have

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in project management or program coordination


• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Smartsheet


• Strong organizational, communication, and meeting facilitation skills, comfortable owning timelines, risk tracking, and status reporting independently


• Comfortable working directly with a business stakeholder to clarify asks and translate them into requirements

Skills that will make you stand out

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences environments, ideally supporting Medical Affairs


• Familiarity with Veeva CRM


• Familiarity with AI/GenAI-enabled solutions or digital assistants
