The role
As a QA Automation, you are passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences and ensuring software solutions meet both functional and non-functional expectations. You bring 5+ years of experience, a growth mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Role responsibilities
Participate in business requirements definition and clarify acceptance criteria
Design and execute test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional requirements
Estimate QA effort for user stories and projects
Perform different types of testing, including:
Functional and non-functional testing
Regression testing
Black-box and White-box testing
Identify, report, and provide context for defects and incidents across environments
Validate performance, availability, and responsive design requirements
Support feature workflows and perform sign-off across multiple environments
Contribute to project health reporting and support KPI definition
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Collaborate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities
Share knowledge within the team and support the development of less senior team members
Must-have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
5+ years of experience working as a QA Automation
Hands-on experience creating test cases, test plans, and acceptance criteria
Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile team ceremonies
Experience using QA or project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
Experience testing functional and non-functional requirements
Experience testing mobile applications using emulators or cloud-based tools
Upper-intermediate or advanced English level
Nice to have qualifications
General knowledge of QA Automation tools and practices
Experience with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack or CrossBrowserTesting
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting tools, including log analysis and API requests
Experience contributing to project metrics or KPI definitions
Strong documentation skills with clear and concise written communication
Willingness to support teammates and contribute to shared learning
Interest in continuous improvement and staying up to date with industry best practices
