We are seeking a highly experienced QA Sênior/Master to lead the evolution of quality practices within a strategic client environment. This role is central to enhancing QA maturity across multiple development squads, with a focus on strategy, automation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration. You will define and implement testing frameworks, mentor teams, and drive adoption of best practices in quality and DevOps. Your work will directly influence the delivery of high-quality software products while engaging closely with stakeholders and clients. Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with the quality enabler squad to implement QA practices directly with the client.
- Define, evolve, and implement QA and testing strategies, including automation, functional and non-functional testing, test pyramids, and shift-left approaches.
- Enable developers and squads through mentoring, pairing, workshops, and dissemination of best practices.
- Provide cross-squad support, assisting multiple development teams to ensure quality adoption.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, such as test coverage, production bugs, lead time, and perceived quality.
- Support the definition of QA processes, tools, and standards.
- Serve as a technical and strategic reference for clients, with high visibility in engagements.
- Report progress, risks, and QA maturity evolution to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in QA and Quality Engineering.
- Proven experience leading or serving as a technical reference in Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge in:
- Test strategy and quality frameworks.
- Test automation (UI, API, unit testing).
- QA in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Technical coaching, enabler roles, and team development.
- Clear communication and consultative approach with clients.
- Systemic thinking and metrics-driven continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience with cross-team initiatives in scaled Agile environments is a plus.
- Previous experience as QA Lead, QA Master, or Quality Engineering Lead is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Team Topologies, Shift Left, and Continuous Testing methodologies is desirable.
- Experience in enterprise clients or complex projects is highly valued.
