Qualitative Project Assistant (French speaking)

• Support the coordination and execution of qualitative research projects from initiation to delivery.


• Recruit and manage respondents in French-speaking markets through panel recruitment and free-finding methodologies.


• Contact, confirm, and re-screen participants to ensure research quality and compliance with project specifications.


• Maintain and update internal and client-facing recruitment tracking documents and project reports.


• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies involved in project delivery.


• Review and validate vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.


• Assist in negotiating costs, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to support future project success.


• Collaborate with Project Managers and, when necessary, communicate directly with clients regarding project updates and deliverables.


• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French language proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.


• Previous experience in market research, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or related industries, is an advantage.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within international teams.


• Strong interpersonal skills and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external partners.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.


• Comfortable learning new technologies, software platforms, and project management tools quickly.


• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of reprioritizing tasks effectively throughout the day.
