About the Role
This is not a task-based Transaction Coordinator role. This is a leadership-level Integrator position responsible for owning operational program management, marketing execution oversight, CRM hygiene, listing systems, and accountability across the team.
You will serve as the single point of contact for the founding agents, translating vision into structured execution, enforcing standards, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will oversee listing and transaction coordination (executed by an administrative coordinator), manage luxury marketing collateral, steward the brand voice, and eliminate reliance on slow-turn external marketing support for time-sensitive deliverables.
Own operational program management, including SOP creation, checklist optimization, and workflow enforcement.
Oversee listing and transaction coordination (3–7 active deals/month) through an administrative coordinator, ensuring compliance and deadline discipline.
Maintain CRM hygiene, status updates, and Business Tracker accuracy for real-time operational visibility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the founding agents, cascading directives and aligning team execution.
Build and enforce structured checklists within SkySlope and internal systems to minimize founder oversight.
Execute luxury-caliber marketing deliverables, including listing presentations, brochures, and high-end collateral.
Produce fast-turn, localized listing decks (comps, photos, refined copy) with same-day or overnight turnaround when required.
Steward brand voice and ensure consistent luxury positioning across all marketing and content outputs.
Triage and implement strategic initiatives, including AI tools, automation, and social/media experiments.
Identify operational bottlenecks, reduce reliance on external marketing teams, and implement scalable system improvements.
Qualifications
3+ years of real estate operations, integrator, or real estate operations management experience (must-have)
Southern CA real estate experience (must-have)
Proven experience within luxury real estate environments (must-have)
Experience creating luxury marketing collateral and listing presentations (must-have)
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
High initiative and ownership mentality — not a task-doer, but a systems leader
Experience within the Compass ecosystem or similar luxury brokerage platforms (preferred)
