This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Partner Sales Manager in Brazil.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Partner Sales Manager to lead partner sales initiatives across Brazil. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of partners, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through strategic partner development. You will oversee the full sales cycle, create targeted go-to-market plans, and enable partners to achieve their revenue potential. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Leadership, to remove barriers and unlock new business opportunities. You will leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making, tailor value propositions, and activate new partners efficiently. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong partnerships that generate measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

    • Strategically manage a portfolio of partners, overseeing pipeline creation, partner productivity, and revenue attainment.
    • Drive expansion into new territories through partner development and targeted go-to-market initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations, training teams, and cross-functional groups to operationalize partner programs.
    • Develop and communicate tailored value propositions and data-driven strategies for regional markets.
    • Onboard, enable, and activate new partners to accelerate ramp-to-revenue timelines.
    • Build and sustain advisory relationships with both new and existing partners across all product offerings.
    • Remove commercial and technical barriers to ensure actionable implementation and partner success.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in building alliances and strategic partnerships in SaaS or channel-led sales models.
    • Track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets, particularly in market expansion or new territory development.
    • Strong presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills; ability to translate data into actionable partner opportunities.
    • Familiarity with cloud software business models, UCC/SaaS ecosystem, and networks across resellers, system integrators, telecom providers, or B2B partners.
    • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or within teams.
    • Adaptable in fast-changing environments and proficient in Portuguese and English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
