This role is a strategic leadership position focused on scaling and optimizing indirect sales channels. The Sales Manager will design and execute a high-impact partner program, transforming resellers into a robust and efficient growth engine. You will lead a team, define sales strategies, implement incentive structures, and oversee the full customer lifecycle for SMEs. The position demands analytical rigor, negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to drive measurable revenue and operational efficiency. By monitoring key KPIs, managing migrations from legacy models, and ensuring financial and risk control, this role directly contributes to expanding the company’s market reach and profitability. Accountabilities:
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for resellers and implement targeted hunting programs to attract high-potential partners
- Lead and structure the channel management team, setting aggressive growth plans and sales targets
- Design and manage variable compensation models with incentive and penalty mechanisms
- Oversee the complete SME client lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and partner satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (sell-out, conversion funnels, financial health, churn) to maintain rigorous operational control
- Manage the migration of products and contracts from legacy models to new operational structures, ensuring internalization of billing and payment control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing indirect sales channels (resellers, retail, or distributors), preferably in fintech, tech, or payment sectors
- Analytical mindset with experience in propensity models, P&L analysis, and credit risk indicators
- Strong negotiation skills and technical capability to structure complex contracts and manage channel conflicts
- Hands-on, results-oriented profile with discipline in process execution and short-term delivery focus
- Familiarity with integrator systems and advanced CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage teams and partners effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strategic and operational responsibilities
